At JoVE, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Specialist, Life Science.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales support for existing customers in Northern Europe, primarily universities and research centers. They will work closely with science professors to demonstrate how JoVE's video resources can enhance their pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and teaching/research staff at universities and research institutes.
  • Deliver product awareness and training to new and existing customers, including product presentations and webinars.
  • Provide customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customer institutes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a Life Science discipline.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service in the education/publishing market.
  • Knowledge of education market trends and challenges in assigned content areas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships remotely.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of customer success software platforms is a plus.
