Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, RM (EP/CRM) Lab staff, on the effective and safe use of our equipment during case procedures within assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of our technologies and its components.
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development for our capital equipment, catheters and implantable devices.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and to identify key decision-makers in order to support our sales organization.
- Promote our company products through education of current & potential customers and implant within a defined region by providing clinical education, sales strategy and support for complex issues.
- Meet with existing and potential clients by travelling to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how our products and services can help them to achieve their goals.
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to divisional goals to support entire organization to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of medical equipment sales/clinical experience OR a minimum of 2 years in cardiac-related field experience OR minimum of 3-5 years in an operating room (as nurse, or product specialist, or clinical specialist, etc.) experience.
- Knowledge of Electrophysiology, especially 3 D mapping is highly valued.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
