Job Overview

A prominent Asset Management company, Anton Murray Consulting, is seeking an experienced Operations and Client Service Manager to oversee the management of unlisted assets.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and operational support for clients in the Alternative Unlisted assets industry, including Property, Private Debt, Credit, and Private Equity funds. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for all client-related requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Understand and meet contractual obligations and deadlines for each client, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
  • Host regular governance meetings to review performance against SLAs and other contractual requirements.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies between clients and internal teams, enhancing overall system effectiveness.
  • Proactively manage day-to-day client account operations from an operational perspective.
  • Develop a calendar of events for all clients, ensuring seamless collaboration between operations and tech teams within SLA constraints.
  • Administer the platform via online tools, assist with bank account reconciliations, regulatory filings, and trust accounts as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a highly motivated individual with:

  • Over 5 years' experience in an operational role, preferably Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management, with some client-facing experience or a strong desire to transition into a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated confidence in building relationships across management levels.
  • Strong organisational skills to develop and implement plans ensuring client commitments are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
  • An ability to work autonomously with high self-motivation.
  • A history of collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to handle shifting client priorities and deal with client feedback.
Compensation Package

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $110-130k base + super and bonus, dependent on relevant experience.
