We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our team.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the team, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, providing regular updates to management.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes, streamlining operations and improving productivity.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consulting services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and D365 required.
