Senior Product Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative support and product coordination, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in high-level administration or coordination roles, with a strong focus on document management, executive support, and reporting.
About The Role- Provide senior-level administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including coordinating product samples and assisting with range release timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Support ad-hoc administrative requests to assist the wider team, maintaining a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to evolving priorities.
- Product Coordination: Coordinate product samples and assist with range release timelines to ensure timely and efficient launches.
- Administrative Support: Provide senior-level administrative support to the Product Development department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other tools as required.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in high-level administration or coordination roles.
- Skillset: Strong skills in document management, executive support, and reporting, with proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Personality: Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a calm, professional presence.
