We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Coordinator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in administrative support and project coordination. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be working closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

- Assist with managing calendars of senior leaders
- Organize and assist with team meetings
- Maintain Microsoft Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and intranet
- Assist with agenda preparation for weekly/monthly and quarterly team meetings
- Book travel arrangements for senior leaders
- Prepare and format papers/reports for department and fund-wide meetings and committees
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
