Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring that all guests are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage guest accounts, ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
  • Handle all calls and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all guest needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a 200+ room hotel, with a minimum of 6 months experience in front office reception.
  • Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
