Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Carsales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead National Sales Team: Lead and manage a high-performing national sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, OEMs, and other industry partners.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Progressive Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategy, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented and Customer-Focused: Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations.
