You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy, and collaborating with our global sales organization to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Grow a High-Performing Sales Team: Hire, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and Execute a Customer Acquisition Strategy: In partnership with our global sales organization, develop and execute a strategy to acquire mid-market businesses and accelerate customer growth in the ANZ region.
  • Define and Execute Sales Strategy: As a member of our leadership team, play a key role in defining and executing the sales strategy to deliver exceptional customer benefit and world-class business results for the region.
  • Hire and Build a Sales Team: Hire and build a high-performing sales team across ANZ, including setting sales targets and quotas, developing compensation plans, and establishing processes and procedures to ensure consistent execution.
  • Deliver Sales Targets: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ANZ.
  • Provide Sales Coaching and Training: Provide continuous support, sales coaching, and training to build the skills of all employees.
  • Collaborate Across the Organization: Collaborate across eFinancialCareers Ltd. to share and learn best practices to continue to drive growth and implement process improvement.
  • Lead Through Change: Lead the organization through change as required and help the team respond to change.
  • Remove Barriers: Help remove barriers, acting as an escalation point when needed to help solve or triage.
  • Own the Plan for Team Success: Own the plan for the team's success and contribute to the organization's Vision.
