Head of Business Development

Robert Walters is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Business Development. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Business Growth Strategy: Drive increased revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead and Strengthen the Business Development Unit: Coach, mentor, and provide professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other units to formulate and promote a value proposition for various offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Model Pricing and Negotiate Contracts: Act as a liaison to resolve sales process issues and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Business Development unit.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Success in B2B Sales: Demonstrate a track record of using solutions-focused sales to build effective prospect pipelines and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Developing and Executing B2B Sales Strategy: Showcase experience in managing staff, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Strong Technical Understanding: Translate technical requirements into easily understood business concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment, as well as cross-functionally, and influence key external and internal decision-makers.
