Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our Grid Technology Sales team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing country sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement country sales strategies to increase top and bottom-line targets
  • Lead the Grid Technology Sales team in Australia and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Provide sales training and coaching to team members
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the energy or technology sector
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English language
