Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging contract role in payroll and invoicing? We are seeking an experienced Payroll/Invoicing Administrator to join our team at PeopleIN, a leading talent solutions company.

About the Opportunity

We boast over 20 brands that offer deeply specialist workforce solutions at scale, across various professions. With more than 800 internal staff, we support the employment of over 33,500 people every year. Our purpose is to INSPIRE EXCELLENCE in our people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and adjustments for a portfolio of brands. Training and handover for this role will commence in January 2025, kicking off the new year with an exciting new role.

About the Role

  • Varied administration duties to assist the payroll team
  • Monitoring the payroll email inbox
  • Processing credit notes for clients
  • Creating invoices and processing adjustments
  • Attaching timesheets to invoices
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Checking manual and automated timesheets for accuracy of invoicing

Requirements

  • Experience in administration and invoicing
  • Payroll knowledge is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Salary: Estimated AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
