Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Payroll Manager to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and implementing system improvements to streamline processes.
- Accounts Payable: Process 600-900 invoices per month with high accuracy, manage AP administration email accounts, resolve supplier queries, and perform regular reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, metrics, and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders, as well as assist with employee expense claims and payment runs.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing payroll and Accounts Payable.
- A minimum of 2-3 years in Payroll management.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Strong competency in Payroll software, with experience in Pulse Mining systems preferred.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations is an asset.
