Job Summary: Visy is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support our multi-site operations in Queensland.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll reporting and forecasting on a daily and monthly basis. Your skills will help keep our team running smoothly and efficiently.

You will provide payroll exception and daily reporting/forecasting, review payroll exception reports for Queensland depots, and understand and stay updated on Enterprise Agreements and Australian Workplace Agreements.

Additional responsibilities include managing swipe card systems and processes, keeping personnel files and training records, processing purchase orders and invoices, and improving and automating administration processes.

As a key player in our team, you will be required to perform ad hoc duties for Management and Safety teams, collate and report safety data, and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.

Requirements for this role include experience in payroll and administration, familiarity with Enterprise Agreements and Australian Workplace Agreements, and proficiency in SAP and Kronos systems. Strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and process automation, are also essential.
