Regional EHS Program Manager

Job Summary

As a Regional Ehs Program Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Environmental Health and Safety (Ehs) initiatives in your assigned region. Your role will involve developing and implementing Ehs programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Ehs programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify and prioritize Ehs initiatives
  • Lead audits and assessments to evaluate Ehs program effectiveness
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on Ehs policies and procedures
  • Conduct site visits to monitor Ehs program implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Ehs management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective Ehs programs
  • Strong knowledge of Ehs regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
