About the Role:

  • As the first point of contact, you will greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You will answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department, and address basic client inquiries regarding services and products.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains presentable and welcoming.
  • Manage the visitor check-in process, including issuing visitor badges as required.
  • Receive and distribute incoming packages or deliveries.
  • Provide customers with tours of the premises as necessary.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front of house position is essential, with luxury sector experience being a significant advantage.
  • You must be fully committed to working the required hours, which include weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for success are essential qualities we look for in our ideal candidate.
  • You should be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
