Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cruise Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for curating enticing cruise packages, from captivating fly-cruise combinations to tailor-made adventures. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and surpass targets, leaving a lasting impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Curate and present cruise packages, including fly-cruise combinations and tailor-made adventures, to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and customer needs to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound call center sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
