We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist who will provide exceptional dining experiences and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items to high standards, working collaboratively with the culinary team to create innovative dishes and menus.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and present menu items to a high standard of quality and presentation.
- Assist in menu development and execution, working closely with Sous and Executive Chefs.
- Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, delegating tasks to ensure efficient service.
- Order and manage inventory, liaising with front-line team members regarding menu changes and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded.
- Passion for cuisine and local ingredients.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
