Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee store efficiency and compliance. This role will support the Store Manager in reviewing and improving operational processes to maximise productivity and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing operational efficiency and compliance
  • Reviewing and improving store operational processes to maximise productivity and sales
  • Assisting the Store Manager in coaching and developing team members in operational processes
  • Managing cash handling and administration responsibilities in line with company policies
  • Working closely with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to manage end of month processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • Inventory management or stock handling experience is preferred
  • Critical thinking and solutions-focused skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
