Ecommerce Dropship & Brand Manager Role

As the primary brand advocate, you will oversee the development and growth of our dropship and marketplace brand portfolio. This involves cultivating strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across Digital, Merchandise, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding, operational efficiency, and commercial success.

The key focus areas include accelerating marketplace growth by onboardings new vendors that expand our product assortment and align with our brand positioning. You will play a pivotal role in developing and growing existing vendors by managing their performance, enhancing promotional programs, increasing media exposure, and negotiating favorable commercial terms to maximize sales and profitability.

This role is crucial to strengthening brand and vendor partnerships, serving as a trusted point of contact and advocate for their success. Working closely with internal teams across Digital, Merchandise, and Marketing, you will help deliver cohesive trade plans, optimize vendor visibility, and drive category performance.

In collaboration with Ecommerce Operations and Technology, you will ensure operational excellence, from efficient vendor integrations and stock accuracy to fulfillment SLAs. Through these efforts, this role will deliver a seamless, scalable vendor experience that drives customer satisfaction, incremental revenue, and sustainable marketplace growth.
