Job Title: Centre Operations Manager

Centre Operations Overview:

As a Centre Operations Manager at our organisation, you will play a critical role in driving centre performance while aligning with company values. You will work collaboratively with your operations team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain the storage facility and grounds, and oversee centre operations.

  • Lead and motivate a team of 2 Operations Team Members.
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Respond to customer enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and clean the storage facility and grounds.
  • Work towards monthly sales and KPI targets for the location.
  • Oversee and actively manage centre operations, including maintenance, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance.
  • End of month reporting summarizing the centre's financial performance.
  • Reporting directly to the Operations Director regarding weekly and monthly updates/results.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience within a management or team leader position.
  • Strong conflict resolution knowledge and the ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to foster a team building environment.
  • A motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Driver's license and car to work around local area.
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential, as long as you're open to learning how to drive a forklift.
