Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our Wholesale and Institutional Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence: Identify and qualify potential investors in the Wholesale and Institutional space.
  • Sales Support: Assist Business Development Managers with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
  • Content Creation: Develop impactful sales materials, including pitch decks, investment proposals, and client presentations.
  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, manage client data requests, and report on sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales strategies forward.
  • Performance Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that increase funds under management (FUM), including promoting our Social Infrastructure Product.

About You:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in business development or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Finance/Investments (CFA preferred) with a strong interest in investments, financial markets, and business development.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, sharp analytical mind, proactive approach, excellent communication skills.
