You will play a key role in expanding our Sleep Solutions business across Victoria and Tasmania.
- Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key referrers and stakeholders involved in sleep solutions within your assigned region.
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy to increase market share and referrals within the sleep market.
- Identify new business opportunities by establishing relationships with decision makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with trends and changes in the sleep market and identify potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports outlining progress towards goals.
- Tertiary education in science, marketing or related field is essential.
- A strong interest in the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segment, is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective engagement with all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills, is highly valued.
