Job Opportunity: Marketing Expert

As a marketing expert, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of campaign coordination and gain exposure to multiple upcoming project launches within premium property development.

This role offers an exciting chance for an ambitious marketer to drive marketing initiatives from concept through to execution, gaining valuable experience across all facets of property marketing with a focus on large-scale land development and mixed-use precincts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple community developments.
  • Manage website updates, email marketing campaigns, and social media content creation.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, signage, and display suite materials.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies and monitor campaign performance.
  • Contribute to reporting and insights using analytics tools.
  • Support the implementation of customer personalization and emerging AI marketing tools.
  • Work with creative agencies, media partners, and PR teams to deliver campaigns.
  • Coordinate community events and customer engagement activities.
  • Manage marketing administration, including budgets, invoicing, and project tracking.
About You
  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Prior property development marketing experience in greenfield, land, or communities is essential.
  • Digital marketing skills with experience in content creation and campaign coordination are beneficial.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, including WordPress, Salesforce, and analytics tools, is beneficial.
  • Excellent written communication and project management abilities.
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with genuine enthusiasm for innovative marketing solutions.
