Our company is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the modern workforce. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Crm And Email Marketing Specialist.

This role will play a key part in driving the design, planning, and reporting of solutions for data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CRM channel communications and experience working with customer data to draw insights and make recommendations for driving business results through campaign optimization.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing CRM channel communications strategies
  • Maintaining program engagement KPIs against set baselines for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes via continuous test and learn agenda
  • Working with customer data to draw insights and make recommendations for driving business results through campaign optimization
  • Planning and producing CRM content which is targeted and brand consistent
  • Providing ongoing strategies and guidance to drive customer retention, overall database growth, segmentation, and health
  • Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key gaps
  • Supporting corporate and wholesale departments with outbound communication
  • Analysing and reporting on digital campaigns and translating findings into recommendations and plans for revising digital marketing strategy
  • Auditing CRM campaigns, Google Analytics, and Shopify for improvements on metrics

Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Online Marketing, Marketing Communications or related fields or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with ESP (i.e. Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis, and reporting (Tableau, Segment, Google Analytics)
  • Attention to detail while able to grasp the big picture
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Positive, highly motivated self-starter
  • Basic Photoshop skills a plus
