  • Develop and refine content strategies across social media, SEO, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns to boost brand recognition and drive orders.
  • Partner with agencies on content creation, viral social moments, and SEO growth initiatives.
  • Manage and scale CRM programs (Klaviyo) to optimize customer journeys and always-on campaigns.

Key qualifications for the ideal candidate include:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on expertise in content, social, and CRM areas.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing organic social channels, from strategy development to execution.
  • Confidence in using CRM platforms (Klaviyo a plus) and a strong focus on email automation, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Data-driven approach to content, tracking engagement, orders, and traffic metrics.
  • Strong grasp of SEO best practices and experience combining AI and human touch to enhance content creation.
