About This Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Email Marketing Strategist to drive growth and performance for our e-commerce clients. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-performing lifecycle marketing strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer-first marketing strategies and lead client onboarding sessions. Present tailored email and digital strategies aligned with brand goals and performance targets.
  • Build, optimize, and scale high-converting, behaviour-driven flows and campaigns. Employ advanced tactics such as segmentation, dynamic content, predictive targeting, and send-time optimization.
  • Work with account managers and designers to align email flows with broader ad campaigns. Contribute to creative strategy by refining copy and advising on conversion-led content.
  • Track KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, revenue per email, and flow performance. Diagnose why results are strong or underperforming and share actionable insights.
  • Test and implement advanced features (SMS, Reviews, CDP, AI enhancements) to elevate client performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency environment or managing multiple brands.
  • A deep understanding of Klaviyo and email marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
