Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Manager to join our team at T. Rowe Price. As a key member of our Client Implementation Management Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of new clients and changes throughout the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate new separate accounts and fund onboardings, as well as manage various change events that may occur throughout the lifecycle of those arrangements.
  • Operational Onboarding: Develop a thorough understanding of account opening, investment onboarding, operational delivery, and legal arrangements, providing clear client and internal communications, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Client Service: Work closely with the Client Account Services Team throughout the lifecycle of the Onboarding event to ensure a smooth client experience and effective handover post-onboarding.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain high technical knowledge of client and operational activities, staying updated on industry developments and best practices to drive team improvements.
  • Client Communication: Facilitate resolution for client-related issues, partnering with internal departments, involving relationship managers when necessary, and ensuring excellent client communication throughout.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Deep operational expertise and knowledge of requirements and the process for onboarding investment management clients and funds across a variety of investment management segments.
  • High level of competence on various technology software such as Microsoft Excel, Visio/Process mapping tools, Tableau.
  • Analytical approach and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to firm deadlines and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Effective communication skills on technical processes, verbal and written.
  • Client-focused and flexible approach.
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, and interpretation of data.
  • Performs well under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Independent worker who is results driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities; flexible.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify potential issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Experience coordinating and directing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A levels minimum qualification level or equivalent; RG146 an advantage but not required.
