The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
The Administration Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Resort Management team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Resort. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Ordering consumables, food, beverages, and linen
  2. Reconciling daily banking and payments
  3. Following up on outstanding documentation and associated tasks with each Head of Department
  4. Assisting in conducting OH&S and Quality Assurance Audits
  5. Providing general support throughout the property at the direction of the Resort General Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability in implementing alternative methods to achieve business needs, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload. Additionally, you should be open to working weekends, public holidays, and school breaks from time to time.
