Administrative Coordinator for Dementia Care Services

About the Role
HammondCare At Home is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their frontline care team. The successful candidate will provide reliable office-based support for Care Managers, clients and their representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to care workers, including timesheets, ordering personal protective equipment and Care worker equipment
- Process staff and client changes, payroll and client documentation, ordering and expensing stock and equipment and staff working validations, in consultation with Care Managers
- Ensure that all client contact is documented in the client management system and reported to the relevant Case Manager, as appropriate
- Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and escalate as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks related to clients, including phone calls, ordering stock and equipment, filing, costing invoices and preparing documentation for Client assessments
- Provide specialized support in Admissions, new enquiries, managing MAC databases
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background or experience in Administration, with demonstrated customer service skills. A commitment to excellence in customer service principles is essential to ensure the consistent provision of exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
