Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Hastings team as a Service Administrator. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
About the Role:
- Assist the Service Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the Service Department's operation.
- Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department.
- Maintain Service Department filing and records.
- Update customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
- Prepare Service Technician efficiency reports.
- Process warranty and/or product improvement claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You:
- Knowledge of office procedures is essential.
- A general understanding of mechanical/technical terms is desirable but not required.
- Experience with standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Year 12 completion or relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
