
Key Regional Sales Executive

This role is pivotal in managing and growing customer relationships across Queensland, Australia. We are seeking a sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for the region.
Responsibilities- Manage existing customer relationships with safety officers, procurement teams, and site/store managers across Townsville, Mount Isa, the Bowen Basin, suburban and regional QLD.
- Identify new business opportunities through restocking visits and proactive analysis of sales and service needs.
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue and market share within the region.
- Industrial sales experience, preferably with safety, environmental, or technical products.
- A confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable in both one-on-one and presentation settings.
- A self-starter mindset – resourceful, proactive, inquisitive, and ready to ask questions to uncover customer needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong accountability, initiative, and hands-on problem-solving.
This role delivers high-quality safety solutions to customers across key mining and retail sectors. You'll drive regional growth while ensuring support is wherever safety matters most.
