AWX Executive is looking for an
**Undergraduate for the Property / Regional Planning** department for one of our clients in
**GoldCoast.**

We are seeking an ambitious and driven undergraduate student specialising in Property or Regional Planning to join our client's team.
- **Part-time role - upto 24 hrs/week**

You will work closely with a Senior Advisor, contributing to the successful execution of property development and regional planning initiatives.

**Our responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;**
- Providing support in carrying out tasks related to property resumptions, early acquisitions, native title, land disposal, tenure rectification, planning protection, leasing, maintenance matters, and landowners' consent agreements.
- Conducting initial research and analysis, gathering and presenting information and recommendations, and escalating complex issues to the supervisor.
- Drafting memos, briefs, letters, and other communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with various administrative duties to aid the Property team in meeting project objectives within specified timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Engaging in effective communication, consultation, and relationship management with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Recent graduate or someone who is currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree in Property, Urban Planning, Regional Planning, or another related field.
- Current holder of a Class C driver's licence.
- OH&S Construction Induction (white card or equivalent) will be required by the successful applicant.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize complex information.
- Knowledge of property development and regional planning concepts, principles, and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, zoning regulations, and land use policies.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
