Key Account Manager Position

The role of Key Account Manager is critical to delivering our trusted, Australian-made safety solutions across key mining and retail sectors.

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage key accounts across Queensland, utilizing industrial sales experience with safety, environmental, or technical products.

A successful candidate will be a confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable in both one-on-one and presentation settings. They will also possess a self-starter mindset, being resourceful, proactive, inquisitive, and ready to ask extra questions to uncover needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization across Townsville, Mount Isa, the Bowen Basin, suburban, and regional QLD.
  • Nurture relationships with safety officers, procurement teams, and site/store managers.
  • Manage restocking visits and proactively identify sales and service opportunities.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager – Queensland.

This position requires more than just sales skills – it demands a pivotal role that drives regional growth while ensuring high-quality stock and support are available wherever safety matters most.
