As a highly skilled Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a boutique business renowned for its expertise in South East Queensland. Job Description- You will be responsible for converting inbound leads from digital platforms, referrals, and internal networks into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted connections with landlords, existing and new clients, to deliver rental appraisals and confidently present property management solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage the full onboarding process from signed agreement through to a smooth handover with the property management team.
- Actively source new business through local outreach, prospecting, and building strong community relationships.
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration is mandatory for this role.
- At least 1 year of BDM or sales experience is required.
- A current driver's license and reliable car are essential for meeting clients and traveling between locations.
- Punctuality and honesty are key qualities we look for in our employees.
