Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced perinatal clinician to provide face-to-face psychological support in a rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work within a recovery-oriented model, utilizing a person-centered approach. They must possess high level communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under approved professional supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapies relevant to expectant and new parents with perinatal mental health issues.
- Manage caseload effectively and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration with endorsements in psychology or accreditation as a mental health social worker.
- At least 3 years post-registration experience, with specific experience working with perinatal clients or in a complementary field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in comprehensive psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy relevant to expectant and new parents with perinatal mental health issues.
