We are seeking a dedicated Perinatal Mental Health Specialist to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented care. This role involves working collaboratively with consumers, families, and service providers to support mental health and wellbeing during the perinatal period.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in service development, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration across the district and broader community sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, strengths-focused, recovery-oriented assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Carry a clinical caseload, appropriate to the needs of the service.
SWSLHD Community Mental Health Services provide comprehensive, community-based mental health care across South Western Sydney. These services cater to different age groups, ensuring specialized care throughout various life stages.
