Job Description
The Sales Executive role at Heat and Control Inc. involves developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers across various industries, including food processing, packaging, and pharmaceuticals. This position requires a driven individual who can adapt to changing requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage their technical knowledge to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
- Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales approaches
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical equipment sales, preferably in the food processing and/or packaging industry
- Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, sales, CRM, and account management
- Mechanical qualification/aptitude or proven experience without qualifications
- Proven track record of consistently reaching sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy and experience with CRM reporting
- Initiative to act beyond specific job responsibilities to achieve objectives
