Customer Journey Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Customer Journey Marketing Specialist.

This key role plays a vital part in supporting the global Accountants & Bookkeepers lifecycle and engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping customer needs, designing communication journeys that add value at every engagement point, and collaborating with various teams to drive customer lifecycle programs aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map customer needs and create personalized communication journeys.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Regional Marketing, Partner Onboarding, and Sales teams.
  • Identify research requirements along the lifecycle journey and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to gain insights into customer engagement behavior.
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle programs aligned to business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms and digital experimentation.
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design, service design, or design thinking principles.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Google Analytics is essential.
  • A highly strategic and customer-led approach, identifying opportunities for value creation within the business and customer context.
