Case Manager Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Case Manager to join our team in providing support to young people aged 13 to 18 years who experience moderate to severe mental health distress.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, organisational time management skills and the ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations.

Key responsibilities of this role include building resilience and coping strategies in dealing with mental health issues through early intervention, collaborative engagement, service coordination, information/education, short term therapeutic interventions, referral and advocacy.
