About the Role
The Agile Delivery Manager is a key position within our Engineering Squads, responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of engineering projects. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and to requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish project scope and schedule, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering Squads to deliver projects on time and to requirements.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Guide and coach Engineering Squads on Agile practices and principles.
- Remove obstacles to project delivery and ensure the team adheres to Agile theory and guidelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computing, or Business (advantageous but not required).
- Advanced knowledge of project management processes, frameworks, and tools.
- High level of flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members and junior staff.
