Our Ballarat office is where you'll find us, offering a competitive salary of $80,000 + Super, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring a productive and professional work environment.
  • Assist staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant workplace policies, including health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee office systems, software, and IT requirements in collaboration with external providers.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) & Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
  • Prepare Payroll.
  • Prepare month end financial reports.
  • Maintain supplier records & invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus but not essential.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably within an accounting or finance environment.
