Our Ballarat office is where you'll find us, offering a competitive salary of $80,000 + Super, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring a productive and professional work environment.
- Assist staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant workplace policies, including health and safety regulations.
- Oversee office systems, software, and IT requirements in collaboration with external providers.
- Process accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) & Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
- Prepare Payroll.
- Prepare month end financial reports.
- Maintain supplier records & invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus but not essential.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably within an accounting or finance environment.
