Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for advising customers and solving their complex MongoDB problems. You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide expert guidance on how to optimize their MongoDB deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online channels
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to MongoDB
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MongoDB features and technologies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of MongoDB and its ecosystem
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Ruby
  • Knowledge of database administration and management
