About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Service Engineer to join our team at KBR. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts responsible for providing technical expertise to clients in various environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI) timeframe
  • Third Party Vendor Engagement
  • Participate in client projects when required
  • Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop and update Detailed level design
  • Participate in out of hours activities as required
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge and Experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services
  • Demonstrated Knowledge & experience in Red Hat Linux
  • Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience in Vmware Vsphere 7
  • Demonstrated Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server 2019
  • Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in Citrix Studios & Director
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification
  • NV2 security clearance is required
Desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
