Job Opportunity: Integrity and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrity and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in reviews, investigations, and compliance related activities, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording, managing, and responding to detainee or inmate/prisoner complaints
  • Reviewing investigations and developing training needs
  • Developing and delivering training initiatives to promote a culture of high integrity
  • Traveling to various sites throughout Australia

Key Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to ethical standards and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver training initiatives
