**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a skilled Compliance and Integration Manager for our Work Dynamics department, serving a Government Client Account. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, supporting, and managing the Account's Compliance Strategy. This opportunity is Fixed-Term, with a possible extension.

**An overview of the role**:

- Develop and manage the Account Compliance Strategy
- Create and implement a Compliance Management Plan
- Oversee account operational and FM compliance
- Manage risk logs, incidents, and property inspections
- Support audit programs and OHS inspections
- Develop standardised processes and documentation frameworks
- Coordinate integration improvement activities
- Assist in annual account strategy and planning

- Experience in Engineering, Facility Management, or Risk Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with ability to work independently
