About the Role

This position involves supporting a team by conducting professional standards and integrity investigations. These investigations will relate to incidents, complaints, and allegations of serious misconduct affecting employees working at various locations.

Key aspects of this role include undertaking end-to-end professional standards and integrity investigations, some of which may be more serious and/or complex. Timely completion of investigations is crucial using best practice investigation methods.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • The ability to promote a culture of high integrity across all levels of the business.
  • A Diploma in Investigations or equivalent (desirable) or demonstrate comparable professional experience.
  • Experience in review, investigation, and compliance activities in corrections, law enforcement, Defence, Insurance Investigation, Loss Prevention, or Intelligence backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in sophisticated investigations including interviewing and report writing.
  • A proactive focus on continual improvement in a practical operational environment.
  • Ability to travel monthly throughout Australia.

Trust and responsibility are key components of this role. A thorough probity assessment will be conducted, including a national police check as an essential selection component.
