Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Auto & General. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Product Backlog Management: Maintain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog that reflects the company's product vision and roadmap.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are met and that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply agile methodologies to drive product development and ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer needs.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Take a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that products meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure that product requirements are met and that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a track record of successfully delivering digital products and services.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions and drive results.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that products meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
