The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to develop best practice and innovative solutions to support the Home Claims strategy and Finance objectives. This involves planning, reporting, and modeling to drive performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Home Claims Division's strategy and operational plans.
  • Deliver performance outcomes relative to objectives and within the Company's frameworks.
  • Manage the approved budget and ensure sustainable financial performance.
  • Optimize available resources and negotiate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and initiatives.
  • Implement formal and informal systems for communication and stakeholder relationships.
  • Support the implementation of risk management, governance, compliance, and accountability frameworks.
  • Model high standards of performance and positively influence teams and individuals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in general claims management.
  • Strong experience managing financial systems and providing insightful forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and develop others.
  • Specific experience in the Banking, Finance & Insurance and/or Technology industry.
