Strategic Service Delivery Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Service Delivery Leader. This position involves overseeing all aspects of service delivery across our organisation, ensuring that internal culture, capability, and structure are aligned to support sustainable performance.

You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and fellow executives to deliver results, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead the design and execution of service delivery strategies that meet client expectations and business objectives.
• Manage and mentor internal delivery teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.
• Champion a caring, positive, inclusive workplace culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.
• Oversee operational processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Act as a senior point of contact for major clients, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with other executive leaders on strategic planning, risk management, and business growth.
• Align workforce planning and team capability with organisational needs and delivery goals.

• SIGNIFICANT SENIOR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN SERVICE DELIVERY, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONS, AND CLIENT SERVICES.
• Demonstrated experience leading people and building high performing, values-aligned teams.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, internally and externally.
• Proven commercial acumen and a track record of delivering operational excellence, with a focus on sustainable growth and empowering your teams to thrive.
• Experience in complex, client-focused environments (government, health, professional services, or similar).
• Detailed understanding of the Australian workplace legal system.
• Advanced financial literacy for business.
• Confident and influential communication skills, with a strong presence and proven ability to represent at national level at external events.
